Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Baked crispy cauliflower bites (with buffalo sauce) - I didn't put the buffalo sauce one, but instead used other dipping sauces like BBQ, ranch etc. They were sooooo good! They came out so crispy! It took a while to make them, but so worth it. Everyone loved them. Reminded us of chicken nuggets. Next time I'll try coating them in a sauce of some kind.
